RETREAT ANNOUNCEMENT!
COMING HOME TO YOURSELF: 4 NIGHTS IN CORNWALL UK
THURSDAY MAY 15TH - MONDAY MAY 19TH 2025
Incredible natural beauty, delicious locally grown food, sacred sites and time for deep reflection and connection await. Let me host you for a healing retreat on the beautiful Trellowarren estate in Cornwall, England in May 2025!
Last spring, after a year of transformation I found myself driving down a long country lane, on my way to the Trelowarren estate. Wild ponies were wandering in the road, the fields stretched out in majestic rolling vistas and as I drank in the scent of the earth and the wild garlic, I knew I was arriving in a deeply magical place. I needed rest, recalibration, a sanctuary and a healing balm. I wanted a place steeped in magic, where I could integrate all I had experienced and dream into new futures. I lived there for six months and fell in love with Trelowarren and this part of Cornwall.
Now, I want to share this place with you.
The retreat, COMING HOME TO YOURSELF, is based on these simple intentions: Connecting deeply with ourselves, connecting with each other and connecting to nature, in all her beauty and magic.
I believe the Cornish landscape awaken our sense of wonder and deeply connect us to our our roots.
Our retreat will include art, group exploration and process, yoga, incredible food, excursions to stone circles and beautiful beaches, story telling by the fire, bluebells, lots of tea, wild swimming and more.
Come and join me on the ancient Trelowarren estate, home to the Vyvyan family since the 1400’s. A thousand acres of lush Cornish beauty surround the majestic yet fantastically laid back house. You will likely come across the unassuming Lord and Lady of the house, walking their dogs or lovingly caring for this beautiful place. You can begin the day in the heated ozone pool before sitting down to coffee and world class pastries in the charming Flora cafe at your doorstep.
The Trellowarren estate is located on the lizard peninsula in West Cornwall, just a 4 1/2 hour train ride or a charming sleeper train journey from London Paddington. Rent a car and explore or let us pick you up at Penzance station and squire you through the country lanes.
I've been living here in Cornwall for a year and a half and am longing to share this sacred place with clients, family and friends. Avalon, the mythical symbol for the home within, is alive in Cornwall. I can't wait to ferry you through the mists for a magical, deeply rejuvenating journey home.
